Employee Training

At Lytle's Transfer, all of our moving professionals are company employees to ensure service from trained, experienced personnel. Each new employee must go through Lytle’s exclusive training program. They are tested at each phase of the program for their understanding of what has been taught with a final test before the next phase of training begins.

Interactive Computer Training

All new employees attend intense computer training covering topics ranging from documentation handling to packing and loading procedures.

Training Center

Lytle’s uses an in-house training center complete with items found in a typical home for classroom type instruction. Employees learn the different phases of the relocation process; initial greeting at the door, proper interaction with the customer, and hands on loading instructions.

Experience

The final step in the process is supervised on the job experience. Every driver trainee has to complete a minimum two years of driving before being considered for corporate relocation
